		<description>Yesterday&#039;s WOD for me was amrap in 20 min of 10 thrusters at 45# and 10 pullups just plain NASTY! 13 rounds as rx&#039;d. I will be coming in tonight at 11:45 and teaching the AM classes prepare for me to be delerious hahaha. Not sure what my WOD today is going to be. Miss you guys!
