Hmmm, not too sure what to make of this one. It’s kinda like Heavy Fran, but the PP don’t have anywhere near the ROM as thrusters. So I think it won’t hurt quite as bad, but then again, one should be able to go faster if the ROM is lessened. The challenge will be not to turn the PP into a jerk as you get tired.
Damn, it is going to hurt, isn’t it?
All I know is that tomorrow I get a cheat meal and I can’t wait!
Great Back squat yesterday, Penny!

i’m looking forward to a little shoulder/ lat action. i did some track running this morning, working on pace and speed. ran a 400m in 1:15. i should have run it faster, but i literally hit a wall at the 300 mark. it felt like i was pulling a truck!!

For those who are interested, some of us have talked about going for lunch after Saturday’s workout to celebrate/congratulate Thomi & Pat on successfully surviving the first year of CFVB…they affiliated and opened the doors on 27 May 07!
PF Changs was suggested, but we’ll decide at the gym tomorrow. For those who don’t come to the 0930 session, we’ll post a comment once we have the time and location.
Amazingly, Thomi said that over 200 people have completed fundamentals…that’s almost one person per day. She phrased it differently, but I won’t quote her.

Wow!! She did punk me out bad!! Okay…let me set the record straight.
I have had 2 soy ice creams this week. Chocolate fudge brownie, as a matter of fact. That is why I am only taking a cheat “meal” tomorrow, not a cheat “day”.
I try to do 1 of 2 things each week; if I am strict all week, then saturday is my cheat day. If that does not work out then I will take 3 cheat meals throughout the week. This week has been the latter.

Tommy didn’t post his time but it’s worth pointing out that he not only did it as rx’d but he also did the pullups without kipping.
*That* is hardcore.
