    135-155-165-175-180f-180-185f. I felt like I could’ve gotten that 185 with another attempt but had an appointmet to get to. Next time.

    Well I messed up and full cleaned my first 4 reps 72#,77#,82#,85# then I hang power squat cleaned 92#,95# and after that I power cleaned 97# twice.. Sounds like I need work on getting under the bar if I can power clean more 🙂

    How could I PR @ 77 at attempt #4 and then be not able to to get the same weight up later 🙁
    Lesson learned – Don’t jump too much weight early

    I felt that 155 in my gonads.
    Too much driving over the weekend made my hams tight. I felt like I had to have a ridiculously wide stance to get under the bar.
