How important is form and where do you draw the line of what “does’nt count”? Everyone seems to have thier limits of what they find acceptable. Here are some good reads on form and the CrossFitter mentality. What do you think?

    UGH!!!! i had said that next time this comes up i was going to try mary… i don’t think it’s going to happen today. i guess i’ll shoot for 16 rounds of cindy. ggrrrr

    Mary for me for something different. Turned into knee therapy realizing that my previously dislocated knee is WAY weaker than the other. Good information. I think I did 5 rounds… And what a killer after yesterday’s WOD…hip flexors say what?!
