I decided to do 10rds for time of pullups and ringdips 10 reps each. Yeah, 23:33, so not bad for being solo.
Then, I turn, and to my utter surprise there is an entire set of kettlebells (joey you’ll love this) all the way to 108lbs………. so I am going to have to do some kettlebell work tomorrow, if only to attempt to swing the 3 pood…..

no i’m not leaving.. i got motivated and signed up for a class that’s 0630 to 430-5pm’ish and it’s 8 weeks long. so i’ll only be able to make the evening and saturday classes.
