    haven’t been that happy w/my performance the last week or two. hopefully going back on a day schedule will help. if not i’m going to single fat!!!

    As Rx’d, finished in 18:57!!
    Compared to 10 days ago (24:27), I’m pretty stoked. The key to success was pacing the pullups. Last time I maxed out my first set at 24, and it absolutely burned me out.
    This time I did sets of 11-12, and I lasted much longer before burning out.
    Great workout!

    Had to do strict pullups…that sucked up most of my time.

    I didn’t tell anyone, but the night of that pic was my 37th birthday. Thanks for all the cheering…what a gift! I felt great after that!
