37 minutes of repeated failure hell.
I like Joey’s idea of “room for improvement”.
Does the first time count as a PR?
Thanks to everybody who kept me going. I am constantly being reminded of why CFVB rocks – it’s the people, stupid.

18:?? – HSPUs on the wall with 2 AbMats for depth due to limited ROM, went to jumping dips doing the negatives.
Lisa: Your Mom may want to check out http://www.spacedoc.net. Lots of good information in normal terms. Also http://www.rxlist.com is an awesome resource for researching meds. “Natural Hormonal Enhancement” by Rob Faigin has good information. If the docs want to put her on meds, she should ask what they’re going to do about her CoQ 10 levels.
Good luck to you and your Mom.
