First off, running sucks! 15.42(?). Almost 3 minutes slower than my PR. Pull ups really held my time today.

yeah, the extra running distance sucked. But painful, bloody blisters that prevent you from holding on to the bar suck worse. Thanks for the reminder though Joey. I think I feel a teeny bit better. Now where did I put that New Skin….
