I wanted to lean out a little bit so I reduced my usual double fat to single fat for all last week. Well, after about 7 days I paid the price this morning during the WOD. I bonked during the Wall balls.
I went home and immediately ate some peanuts. Make sure you guys are eating well or you’ll pay like I did!!!

One of my favorite workouts! What a great group at 2pm!! I’ve been missing out on that awesome group energy! I had to scale back on wall balls, KBS and do knee PUs because of the ol’ shoulder. 39: something
