    175# PR. Tried 185 and 180, but failed both. Last time was 95#…slight improvement.

    Thomi: stayed at 100# and worked form, tried for 105 and failed x2
    Pat: old PR of 175# was smashed. New PR of 210#. I had to split jerk it, don’t have the depth needed to push jerk it yet.

    Congratulations to everyone who did the HSPU’s against the wall yesterday!! We had a ton of people do it for the 1st time. Strong work.
    John…you are evil. I have been thinking about that box of girl scout cookies you gave me non-stop! They are calling to me from the pantry.
