    Hello from the west coast!
    The level 2 cert ended today. Tomorrow morning we kick off a level 1 cert. I’m learning a ton, as always.
    IT looks like you guys are crushing the WOD’s, as usual. Great work!

    I just saw your question about swinging the 70 pounder. Honestly, it was not that bad. I had to do a starter swing each time, but it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The toughest part was the HSPU’s for me. They killed my time!
