Can’t claim therapy on this one. Just getting back in shape and trying do the damn things right! Damn it!

Rough day with my math. At one point I had an extra 10lbs on the right side. It felt a little funny to say the least.
Things started getting better once I got past the fear of getting my elbows up and under the weight.
    Good times.

I usually don’t post my at home days, but today I’m feelin’ a lil’ funny. Maybe it’s all the endorphins running through my body from all the squats I just did.
8min. of alternating tabata squats and KB swings w/a 1.25 pood KB. 17 squats and 10 swings were the lowest scores. Short and fun!

Ahhhh…There’s nothing like watching a man clean, especially the kitchen…and the bathroom….Nirvana
