With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I second what the big feller had to say need to drop some lbs. 11 rds blue band until I developed a lovely horizontal kip then jumpers to 20.

18 rounds. I ditto Will. Only improved 1 round from last time and need to work on it a little more.
