“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    Push: 14,13,12,7,6,5,5,6
    Sit: 8,8,9,9,8,8,7,8
    Squat 95lbs: 8,8,9,8,8,8,8,9

    Pat: pulls 12, push 10, ghd 8, squat 19
    total= 49
    (squats were still sore from the saturday WOD!)
    Thomi: pulls 5, push 7, ghd 7, squats 16
    total= 35
    Not sure if I got Thomi’s numbers 100% right…trying to do it from memory!

    if I remember right the intervals were something like:
    pullups: 13, 13, 12, 12, 10, 9, 9, 8
    pushups: 18, 15, 12, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6
    situps: 12, 10, 9, 9, 8, 8, 7, 7
    squats: 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 18
    Those could also be a complete guess.
    Also, 100 burpees for time?!? Andy, you are crazy!

    Still a little hungover.
