    🙂 Thanks. The video was actually a compilation of a few different workouts. It is tough to get all our clients in together so we shot some video for about a week and got about half of them *at thier best* on film. The film was a blast to put together. It is really the pain that brings us together!

    Hey guys, great “pain time” vid. What WOD did you guys do in this vid. If this doesn’t inspire you to train, then you should just stay at home, sit on the couch and watch the biggest loser.     6 rounds of Mary with green/green HSPU and assisted PUs…blue for the first two rounds, then switched to a green band during round three.
