HSPU’s at full ROM, then 1/2 ROM by the end

I think I only had full ROM HSPU’s for the 1st rd! Then I went to 1/2 ROM, then I was only able to do negatives. Just what I needed for the shoulders.

Chris- 11 rds + 5 HSPU (HSPU- full extension to nose, kipping pullups- broken sets after 7 rds)
Carrie 8 rds (assisted HSPU, blue band pullups)
