255 lb PR. Last DL 1 RM was 235 lb. 3 min between single reps as recommended by Crossfit.com FAQ hints on 1-1-1-1… workouts. DL fundamentals at Crossfit VB were key. This is my first post to this site.

Injured shoulder…so instead I did 50-40-30-20-10 abmat sit ups and back extensions and played with Diesel the dog and cheered all the deadlifters on. Good job, you guys!
