10:04 had to substitute 95lbs pushpress for the hspu’s. didnt have rings, had to do dips on a dip bar. keep intensity up, great workout..

Pat: 25:52 Did 21 HSPU’s in 14:29, then went into the WOD. Used blk/grn with the parralletes for HSPUs.

Kicking up against the wall for the set of 15 HSPUs was quite the humbling experience! This workout thrashed my arms.
