Thanks for letting me drop in today. Thomi, the instruction for the clean and jerk was great. As always, no matter where I am in the world, I seem to find enthusiatic crossfitters at all levels of experience that make even the most challenging workouts a fun and enjoyable experience. The addiction to pain and the initiative and drive to always make personal improvements is our communities strongest common bond. If any of the CrosfitVBers are in Maui don’t hesitate to contact me. drew@crossfitmaui.com
