I had nothing today. I have to say that I’m really disappointed with myself.
Huge props to Ben for smoking through the workout in 30 minutes and then making the final 800m run with everyone else as they finished!
Thanks Chris and Carrie.. I SEVERELY underestimated this one!!!! It was rough. I second the props for Ben. He was a great motivator!
