		<description>Also started with the PVC and then just stayed with the 22# bar as I can&#039;t seem to figure out how to get into the snatch quite yet (hahahaha!) This was a learning workout for me.  Thank goodness...my abs are killing me from Tuesday and Wednesday&#039;s WODs!  Can&#039;t wait for Saturday.........
