Started workout with PVC. Last round was 135; the snatch at that weight felt pretty good, but the overhead squats were tough. Fun workout!

Also started with the PVC and then just stayed with the 22# bar as I can’t seem to figure out how to get into the snatch quite yet (hahahaha!) This was a learning workout for me. Thank goodness…my abs are killing me from Tuesday and Wednesday’s WODs! Can’t wait for Saturday………
