    I will never forget the park! The next day though is what gives me scary dreams! About all I can think about is transfering back up to VB and getting to it!

    I’m glad David remembers our day at the park!
    Deadlift today I got a new PR – 290lb. If I can only keep my back straight I’ll be doing good!
